Uploaded resumes and job descriptions
Audio recordings submitted for analysis
Voice modulation and behavioral data
Interview performance metrics
User preferences and account settings
Usage analytics (pages visited, features used, timestamps)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide personalized resume–JD fit analysis
Offer mock interview and voice feedback
Recommend job readiness improvements
Generate reports for self-assessment or coaching
Improve our AI models and platform usability
Send important notifications (you can opt out anytime)

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

3. Where & How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure (e.g., **Supabase, AWS, GCP**).
Sensitive files (resumes, voice files) are stored with restricted access tokens.
Data in transit is protected using HTTPS and end-to-end encryption.

4. Retention Period

Voice / Audio Inputs	6 months
Interview Performance Reports	Retained while the account remains active
Account Metadata & Scores	Retained while the account remains active
Deleted Accounts	Associated data is permanently purged within 30 days
Anonymized Usage Logs	Up to 24 months for analytics and platform improvement

5. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to:

Access and download your data
Correct or update your profile
Delete your account and all associated data
Opt out of analytics or usage tracking

6. AI & Model Training

We may use anonymized and aggregated data (resume structures, keyword patterns, etc.) to improve our AI recommendations. We never use personally identifiable info or voice samples for external training without consent.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy occasionally to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Any major changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications.
